PTO Board Positions that are open for the upcoming 2010-2011 school year:

• President - Directs and oversees all positions of the PTO, calls to order, and organizes the agenda of all meetings. Works as lead communicator between the school administrators and PTO.
• VP/Membership - Our Vice President/Membership leads our membership drive. At the beginning of every year PTO has the annual membership drive.  This is how we raise funds to pay for the Fashion Show and Family Fun Day Carnival and to fund the programs PTO provides campus wide.
• Hospitality - In charge of hosting Welcome Coffee and Grandparents' Day every year. We provide light breakfast foods and beverages at these events. We also help throughout the year by providing snacks at different events the school ask us to host.
• Treasurer - Handles all of our finances, pays all the bills we incur, makes sure everyone has receipts, and keeps us within budget. We get an updated budget report at every meeting. Also works the check-in tables at the uniform resale, family fun day, and the fashion show.
• Secretary - Our secretary takes all the notes and minutes at our meetings and makes sure we follow our by laws and Roberts rule of order accordingly.
